Comissions T.O.S

Violators of the Terms of Service will be banned from requests and blacklisted

ʚ PAYMENT & COPYRIGHT ɞ

1. Payments via PayPal and/or Ko-Fi only! EUR€ or USD$;
• At the end of your order a +5% Paypal fee will be added
2. Payment should be sent before the commission is started;
3. I DO NOT DO REFUND;
4. When sending payment please leave your information in the payment note. (FA/DA/Picarto/Discord);
5. Prices might vary based on the complexity of your characters design n/or commission such as NSFW/LEWD/HUMAN;
6. Payment plans will be accepted only on orders over 150$
Payment can be made in multiple pay sessions depending on commission size but
you'll cover the PayPal fee in each payment;
7. Once a payment plan has been initiated, cancellation or withdrawal from the commission is no longer permitted.
Please note that all payments made are non-refundable.
8. You (the commissioner) WILL NOT CANCEL the payment(s) without my knowledge prior to cancellation.
9. All of my arts are non-commercial, personal use only (Any type of art is included, such as fullbodies,
chibis, ref sheets, emotes, everything!).
If you are interested in doing merchandise, changing anything, etc;
you must pay an aditional regarding royalties/buying the rights!
• You're able to get the Copyright for +50% of the amount
(You have the PSD file, can do anything with them, but CAN NOT sell)
OR FULL RIGHTS (copyright + commercial use) for 100% of the amount
(You have the PSD file, can do anything with them, you CAN sell them as merch)

ʚ REFUNDS & REVISIONS ɞ

1. I DO NOT do refund!
2. If you choose to receive a sketch, small revisions can be made to the sketch for no charge;
(certain commission types may not receive a sketch);
• After a commission is completed any major revisions will result in a fee; unless it is a mistake I had made
(missed marking, missed item, etc).
3. Once a payment plan has been initiated, cancellation or withdrawal from the commission is no longer permitted.
Please note that all payments made are non-refundable.

ʚ RUSH ORDERS & DEADLINES ɞ

1. If you would like your commission completed by a certain date please let me know in your initial request
DO NOT let me know after we have agreed on the commission and payment has been sent!;
2. Rush Orders are available for an additional 50%, 80% and 100% of the commission price;
• 1 week delivery: +100% of the amount
• 2 weeks delivery: +80% of the amount
• 1 month delivery: +50% of the amount
3. Please understand that your position on the list of commissions will also affect the rate at which the commission is worked on and received. First come, first serve. You're free to pay the Rush Order Fee if you wish;
4. I (Peachy) will start your commission once payment for said commission is fully received and your placement in the commission line is reached. Everyone must wait their turn!
Make sure to check out my QUEUE before commissioning me, you'll have to wait for your turn, so be patient.

ʚ Extra INFO! ɞ

• I have rights to upload all artwork on my website/gallery.
• Please make sure your references are full body and colored!
I WILL NOT work with unreadable refs or nonexistent characters;
• I'll send a preview sketch for confirmation and then I'll finish the pic and post it on my socials. After the confirmation, you CAN NOT change anything at all unless it is a mistake I had made (missed marking, missed item, etc);
• No extra charge if you get a piece with my characters! Unless if it's NSFW;
• Yes, I CAN hold slots and ping you if you'd like to! Just please don't ask for a slot
if you're not sure about getting the commission;
• If possible, please send/give me more details/info of your character and the commission! (poses, expressions and such);
• If you're from my stream let me know your username. I might give you a little discount!
you must be active in the chat and frequent the streams so I can give you the discount! ♡
• DO NOT repost without credits and DO NOT claim any of my work as your own. If you are the commissioner you may repost and use it for personal use only, Please just make sure to credit me by LINKING my socials;
• Please, be patient when ordering, and feel free to ask about your commission status anytime,
but DO NOT rush me: please respect that.
It can happen that completion may take more (up to few months) or less time depending on the commission type,
I'm willing to give discord contacts to make communication easier if that's best for the commissioner/me;
• I have the right to decline a commission for whatever reason I see fit. I may think the character will not look good in my style, I may have a large queue and/or I need to reduce requests to prevent art block.
• If you can't afford my commissions, please, respect them!
• PLEASE REMEMBER TO SAVE YOUR COMMISSION TO YOUR OWN COMPUTER!!!

By commissioning me, you acknowledge the fact that my style may vary from the examples in my gallery;
I am a young artist experimenting with my style each piece I draw, I tend to make the style fit to the character i'm drawing.
